Sales Program Information

Enrollment in our Sales Program includes the following:

• Detailed inspection of your horse with a follow up consultation with you concerning horse’s potential market and pricing. We will also advise you concerning your horse’s shoeing, vet, nutrition, grooming, and daily care needs.
• Video and digital photographs will be taken and uploaded onto our web site. Photos will also be printed in our quarterly sales brochure.
• Set up and management of potential buyers’ appointments to view horse, as well as all follow up contacts and necessary negotiations.
• Arrangement and management of all pre-purchase exams.
• Organization of all necessary shipping.

Sales Barn Pricing Information

Board:
Includes grass and/or alfalfa hay twice daily, stall cleaning, and shavings.
•Box Stall or Mare Motel-$ 425.00, or $ 14.16 per day
•Box Stall with Paddock- $475.00, or $ 15.83 per day

Training:
4 days of training per week by Ridgemark Farm staff including grooming, clipping and mane pulling.
• $525.00, or $ 31.25 per day

• All board and training fees for the first thirty days are due when horse arrives.
• Each month thereafter, board and training services will be prorated at the daily rate, and billed retroactively, payable by the 5th of each month.

Ridgemark Farm charges a 15% commission for all sales payable at time of sale.

Additional chargeable services will be agreed upon in advance.
